Investors in People is a standard for people management, the project was to implement a brand refresh for their accreditation mark which is displayed by over 10,000 organisations in 80 countries. The Investors in People standard is the sign of a great employer, an outstanding place of work with a clear commitment to sustainability underpinned by a rigorous assessment methodology and framework. The global brand refresh required the design and creation of a brand guideline and the production of all associated brand, advertising and marketing collateral and assets. The brand guideline features brand mark construction, regional specifics, font usage, colour theory, photographic style and collateral examples.
